1. الموافقة على الشروط
بالوصول إلى خدمات Smart Bite واستخدامها، فإنك توافق على شروط وأحكام هذه الاتفاقية. إذا كنت لا توافق على الالتزام بما سبق، يرجى عدم استخدام هذه الخدمة.
2. أهلية المستخدم
لاستخدام Smart Bite، يجب أن تكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل وتتمتع بالأهلية القانونية للدخول في اتفاقية ملزمة. توافق على أن جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها دقيقة وكاملة.
3. مسؤولية الحساب
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- • You are liable for all activities that occur under your account
4. وصف الخدمة
Smart Bite توفر خدمة اشتراك وتسليم وجبات تربط العملاء بمطاعم الشركاء لتسليم الوجبات الصحية. تتضمن الخدمة:
- Personalized meal plans designed by certified nutritionists
- Daily meal delivery from partner restaurants
- Order tracking and management through our platform
- Customer support services
5. شروط الدفع
Smart Bite does NOT process payments or manage orders through our platform. All payments and orders must be arranged exclusively through contacting our support team. Please reach out via email at sales@smartbite.co or phone at +968 74188038 to inquire about meal plans, pricing, and to place orders. No payment processing occurs through restaurant pages or any automated systems.
6. إذن الموقع والدقة
Smart Bite يتطلب الوصول إلى الموقع لتقديم الخدمة الأساسية. باستخدام خدمتنا، تمنحنا صراحة إذنًا للوصول إلى بيانات موقعك للأغراض التالية:
للعملاء:
- Calculating accurate delivery routes and times
- Notifying you of delivery status and estimated arrival
- Ensuring order verification at the correct delivery address
- Recommending nearby partner restaurants for faster service
للمطاعم:
- Monitoring delivery personnel compliance and route optimization
- Verifying successful order completion and delivery
- Preventing fraud and ensuring order security
- Improving delivery network efficiency
You can disable location sharing at any time through your device settings. However, this may prevent us from delivering your orders effectively.
7. Data Sharing
Smart Bite does NOT share any of your personal or location data with third parties. Your information is used solely within our platform to provide you with meal delivery services. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with external companies, advertisers, or marketing partners.
8. سلوك المستخدم
توافق على عدم استخدام خدمة Smart Bite لـ:
- Illegal activities or violation of any laws
- Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
- Transmitting viruses or malicious code
9. تحديد المسؤولية
يتم توفير Smart Bite 'كما هو' بدون ضمانات. نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العارضة أو الخاصة أو التبعية. مسؤوليتنا محدودة بالمبلغ المدفوع للخدمة المعنية.
10. التعويض
توافق على تعويض Smart Bite وضباطها وأعضاء مجلس إدارتها وموظفيها ووكلائها وحمايتهم من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو تكاليف ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو انتهاك هذه الشروط.
11. تعديلات الشروط
يحتفظ Smart Bite بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. ستكون التغييرات سارية فوراً عند نشرها على الموقع. يشير استمرار استخدامك للخدمة إلى قبول الشروط المعدلة.
12. الإنهاء
قد تنهي Smart Bite حسابك والوصول إلى الخدمة في أي وقت، لأي سبب، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر انتهاك هذه الشروط. يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت بدون عقوبة.
13. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين عمان وتفسر وفقاً لها، وأي إجراء قانوني أو محاكمة يجب أن تقام حصراً في المحاكم المختصة الواقعة في عمان.
